Details:
In this program, kids learn introductory soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting while improving balance, coordination, and agility. We emphasize important character traits such as teamwork, sharing, and respect.
Sessions are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30–5:00 PM.
Sessions include 25 minutes of fun games, drills, and scrimmage, followed by a five-minute Bible time.
All sessions are held on Calvary CHAMP fields.
Shin guards and soccer cleats are optional.

4 yrs Coed: 4v4; 8 players on a team, NO goalkeeper
Details:
This is a great introductory program for your budding soccer star as they acquire basic soccer skills and learn to play together as a team.
The 4s teams have no weekday practices. Sessions meet on Saturdays at 9:00 AM only. This league is ideal for families that want to explore the CHAMP soccer program without committing to weekday practices.
Each session includes 25 minutes of practice, a five-minute Bible huddle time, and a 30-minute game on Calvary CHAMP fields.
Players provide their own shin guards. Soocer cleats are preferred.

Details:
CHAMP soccer provides the right balance of soccer instruction, sports fundamentals, and game time. And it is a great sports experience for players. This league is ideal for active families!
Teams practice one night during the week and play one game each Saturday. Players per team and game times vary by age division. (Practice night preference can be selected through online registration.)
All games and practices are held at Calvary CHAMP fields.
Players provide their own cleats and shin guards.

U12 Soccer League
Age Divisions:
U12 Boys/Girls: 9v9; 13 players on a team, goalkeeper
Details:
CHAMP U12 teams play in the CSA League (Charlotte Soccer Academy).
Teams practice one night during the week and play one game each Saturday. Practice night preference can be selected during online registration. All practices are held at Calvary. Games are mostly played at other community locations.
Players provide their own cleats and shin guards.
Please note: Players currently enrolled in a club soccer program are ineligible for U12 rec soccer.

Athletes take their skill level up a notch in our middle school and high school soccer programs. Join the excitement as CHAMP teams square off against other local area sports leagues. CHAMP U15, U17 and U19 teams play in the MARS (Mecklenburg Area Recreational Soccer) league. Enjoy all the benefits of a travel team but without the travel!
CHAMP provides uniforms and equipment. Players must provide their own cleats/shoes and shin guards.
Teams may hold one or two practices per week. All practices are held at Calvary. Games are played at Calvary and other community locations.
Players currently enrolled in a club soccer program are ineligible for U15, U17 or U19 rec soccer. Varsity players currently rostered on their high school team are ineligible for U17 and U19 rec soccer.
